Hussein Al-Saaidi (DC6), María Asunción Palmero González (DC10), and Vahid Safari (DC4) participated in the 14th National and 5th International Conference in Engineering Thermodynamics (14CNIT), which took place in Zaragoza, Spain, from June 4 to June 6, 2025.
Hussein Al-Saaidi delivered an oral presentation titled “Effectiveness-NTU Method for Design and Optimization of Cascade Thermal Energy Storage Unit.”. María Asunción Palmero González contributed with her oral presentation on “Comparative Life Cycle Assessment of a Solar Tower Power Plant with Alternative Condensing Systems.” Additionally, Vahid Safari showcased his research through a poster presentation entitled “Advanced Monitoring of Thermomechanical Behaviour in Solar Central Receiver Tubes Using Displacement Sensor and Infrared Imaging.”
The conference featured insightful technical sessions, complemented by a technical visit to the facilities of the Universidad de Zaragoza and Instituto de Investigación en Ingeniería de Aragón.
