The coordinator and the doctoral candidates (DCs) of the TOPCSP Project participated in an interview series, which are now available online at SolarPACES . The first part of the interview series is dedicated to the need for qualified solar energy researchers. Our coordinator Celia Sobrino (UC3M) described the motivation for the TOPCSP project, and our DCs Sergio Díaz (DLR) and Vladimir Naumov (UNIBS) contributed by providing their stories and their current work. The second part is focused on facilitating the transition to decarbonization.
